Freezing drain tube

Question

Every two weeks or so the top of the drain tube gets frozen and will not drain. I have had several Amana reps out to fix it but they don,t have clue what to do. every time this happens I have to defrost the freezer in order to unstop the drain tube. Please help!!!!!
