  1. yeah you can

  2. yes you can. you can even leave it on the cob. do not take the shucks off. cut both ends off. make sure you have no worms and then soak whole ears in water about 10 to 15 minutes. then stack in freezer. when you get ready to use them it is best to cook them on the grill just take them out and put them on the grill as they are and keep turning them until they are done.  you can also cut the kernels off the cob to freeze as well.

  3. Yes - spray it with water and pop in the freezer - it will be fine

  4. One of two ways.

Freeze it on the cob but make sure that the corn is protected from freezer burn by wrapping it in a sheet of newspaper.

Or take the kernels off the cob and freeze it a plastic container.

  5. yes you can...it freezes well

  6. yes  take the corn off the cob and spread it on a cookie sheet to freeze then plastic bag it.

  7. You would be better off cooking it, taking the kernels off the cob and freezing it.

What the h**l is shucks??? (woman above?)

  8. my mother-in-law just pops it in a freezer bag still on the cob and in the shucks when she's ready to cook it she just takes it out shucks it and cooks it as usual!

but my mom and I boil it for about 10 min. cut it off the cob, shave the cob, then put it in freezer bags.  When were ready to eat it we just thaw it out, put it in a bowl with butter (and a little sugar if you like) and I microwave it, but she cooks it on the range
