I am assuming you mean one person.

French adjectives must agree with the noun they modify in both gender and number so, with the exception of some irregular adjectives, most plural adjectives end in "s." So if you were looking for plural adjectives this would be a rather silly question.

Adjectives which describe a single person and end in "s" are not so common.

Mauvais (wicked)

Gros (fat)

Courtois (courteous)

watch out about the answers given by some persons !! we never say a person is grey (for gris in French).

also to depend if the person that you want to describe is a boy or a girl and the way you want to describe the person.
