French Cathedral?

Question

Can anyone tell me the name of the Cathedral that is kind of on an island.. and there are only certain times you can get to it or you will be drowned in a tide and there are many places you can get stuck in the mud?? In France.

Rose T is right, it's Mont Saint-Michel. However it is not a cathedral but an abbey. It's called Abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel or in English, Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey, Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel.

Mont-Saint-Michel alone refers to the whole village, the whole island.
