French Ligue 1 Update: Paris Saint-Germain’s Siaka Tiene out of Sochaux clash
Siaka Tiene will not be available for selection when Paris Saint-Germain take on Sochaux on the weekend. PSG manager, Antoine Kombouare, intends to save the midfielder for their semi-final match of the League Cup against Montpellier. The game is scheduled
for Tuesday.
The Ivorian had received an ankle injury during his side's 2-2 draw against Lyon on Sunday. He was brought back to the stands on a stretcher in the 66th minute of the match. The preliminary medical tests conducted on him have suggested that although
the injury was not as serious as it was being thought but still he would need some rest to be completely fit again.
The 28-year-old defender joined PSG in 2010, and has since proven himself to be a successful appointee by Kombouare.

moved to Clermont Foot in 1999 and from there to FC Nantes Atlantique in 2000, finally landing at Paris Saint-Germain in 2004 along with his Nantes' teammate http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mario-Yepes-c24052.
With Armand positioned on the left, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tripy-Makonda-c35539 could turn out to be his replacement.
The 20-year-old Makonda made his first team debut in 2009. He is a product of renowned PSG youth setup. Tripy has played only one league game so far that too in the last year on December 5, 2010 against Brest at Parc de Princes. The midfielder is yet to
open his goal-account in the team.
Meanwhile, Marcos Ceara, the Brazilian defender, also suffered a pulled hamstring and he also runs the risk of losing out on selection.
