French Sqa Exam (Scotland)?

In Standard Grade French You sit 4 elements Reading,Listening,Writing & Speaking. I did quite well in S3 with a perfect grade 1 in both Writing and Speaking but I was off quite a lot in S4 and I was recieving 7's etc for not turning up I wanted to get my 1's back in the last Writing test I recieved a grade 1 but for my Speaking he gave me a 3 and he said I didn't put enough work into it :-Z. In May I just sat my General/Credit French Exam I think I got 2 2's in Listening & Reading with a Grade 1 Writing but I was just wondering for My Speaking will my 3 1's get sent from 3rd year or will he sent the 3 away? Btw it's too late to ask him it's summer =D !

From what i remeber - in S6 now - of standard grade french - and btw, i hated it - the teacher is supposed to send a grade based on tests and experiences talking in french in class. This grade should be basically an average, but if you have been scoring mainly 1's yet he estimates you at a 3, he has to be able to back this up. By the sound of it you will likely get a good grade for your speaking.
