Michel Bastos rejects Juventus
Brazilian and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michel-Bastos-c25461, has rejected the chance to play for Serie A side Juventus according to reports.
Juventus now have to find another winger in the January transfer window after the 27-year old rejected the offer from the Turin giants.
Juventus had been keen on signing the Brazilian in the January transfer window in order to improve the side's attacking force. Luigi Del Neri, coach of Juventus, believed that Bastos could be a perfect player for his 4-4-2 formation, but now, the Juventus
transfer officials will have to work harder to lure the Brazilian to Turin after the initial negotiations broke down.
Juventus reportedly offered Lyon €24 million for the winger but Bastos refused the move to Italy by rejecting the proposal. Even if Bastos had any inclination to join the Old Lady, he would never have been able to join the side this January as Bastos still
has a non-EU status. So if any renegotiations are going to take place, they won’t be taking place before June.
