French; What does "tu est tros gantis anver moi/ tu est toultant de von moi" mean?

Erik is right. I would just suggest that "tros" form your question can be in fact trop ( too much) and not très (much). So it can be " You are too nice to me".

Probably : "tu est très gentil envers moi / tu est tout le temps devant moi" : 'You are very kind to me / you are always in front of me"
