French food?

I'm at work (where we will be having a french theme day70 + people) trying to come up with some more ideas for our day i've got some ideas from my last question but would like more

Can be made ahead and can be frozen.

How about a crepe bar.  it is cheap and easy.  Make the crepe batter ahead of time and bring a griddle(pick one up at the thrift shop).  Set out some toppings like canned cherry pie filling and tuna.  Things that you would find on a potato bar, nutella, fresh fruit, ect.  anything can work with crepes.
