  1. It's B.A.G.S.   (not bangs)

Here is a short example list:

    Beauty ---    beau, joli

    Age  ---           vieux, jeune, nouveau

    Goodness --- bon, mauvais, meilleur

Size ----            grand, petit, court, long, gros, haut

Autre and 'faux''-- less common but usually come before the noun.

Note*** Grand(e) usually goes before the noun. However, it's one of the nouns that can go behind as well. BUT when it does it means great.

  3. G is for goodness the rest are right

  4. Gender?

  5. G is for "goodness".  "Bon" always precedes the adjective it modifies.  Other terms for quality, such as mauvais, superbe, etc, usually come after, but adjectives that are English loanwords, like "cool" and "super-cool" go before the noun.

I learned it as just BAGS, but BANGS is okay too because numbers also go before their nouns.

  6. Beauty (2 adjectifs) beau.,  belle, joli, jolie

Age (2 adj.) jeune, vieux, vieille

Newness (1 adj.) nouveau, nouveaux, nouvelle, nouvelles

Goodness (2 adj.) bon, bonne, mauvais, mauvaise, mauvaises

Size (2 adj.) petit, êtits, petite, petites, grand, grande, grands, grandes

Not all adjectives that are used to describe these features are part of the BANGS adjectives. Rather, it is just a simple way of categorizing the adjectives that DO come before the noun they are describing.
