My sister bought me a bag which says this and I'm unsure of the proper translation.

What does it mean in English?

The sentence is a play on words :

faire "Les courses au pas de course."  simply means

to do "your shopping at "a trot, a run" rhythm".

"Shop quickly without wasting time. "

Les courses = the shopping

au pas de = at the rhythm of, at the pace of

de course --> la course = the running, the race

au pas de course = at a jogging or running pace, quickly

It has nothing to do with shopping till you drop!

It's a bit of a pun. "Les courses" probably in this instance means "shopping". "Au pas de course" is literally "in the step of the race", at a racing speed, quickly. So shopping is something of a race---"shop til you drop" is a way to put it.
