Does anyone know a good way or place to learn French? I've really wanted to learn for a long time but I was lacking a good teacher/method. Any help at all?

You could teach yourself with a text book, or take an online class, there are lots of sites to do that.

There is a really cool website called yabla. Check it out. Also,you can check out audio programs at your local library and try them before you buy them
