I have to visit Paris for 10 days on a business trip. After that I have to be in Norway for 2 months, again on a business trip. So should I apply for my Schengen Visa at the France or the Norwegian Consulate???. I am an Indian Citizen. Thanks.

  1. Kevin is correct, a visa is not required for stays of up to 90 days within any 6 months period.

But I would call the French and Norwegian embassy to confirm that business visas are valid within this 'visa' criteria, but if you did need a visa for both embassy, you would most likely have to apply for both visa before you leave the UK.

The Embassy is located on the south-west corner of Belgrave Square, between Victoria Station and Hyde Park Corner.

    Opening hours:

    Monday to Friday 09.00-16.00

The Consular Section is open from 10.00-12.00 and answers phone calls from 14.00-15.00 Monday-Friday.

A duty officer is on call for emergencies at weekends on 020 7591 5500.

As a general rule, personal appearance of the applicant is required.
