French people, how do you pronounce Voule?

Without the accent mark over the 'e'. Also, if there isn't a way to pronounce it without the accent mark in France, how would it generally be pronounced?

but i think its with the accent mark, and then prounounced (voo-lay)

It would be pronouced just like the english word "pool".  Only substitute the v for the p.

You would say:  vool

Voule, in France we would pronounce it like ' voo la', though the 'la' should be pronounced in very short and low key, almost untraceable.
