French reading 2008?

hi i had my ocr french reading today, did anyone else have theres today? how did u find it and what did u find the most difficult? tc and thnx xx

i had mine today too. i speak french cuz I come from a country where we speak french anyway, but I have to say, I got it it was harder and different to the pracice past papers we had done. I thought the hardest part was the second to last section, where you had to fill in the gaps. I understood all of the text, but at times I felt that there could be quite a lot that could fit in, and it didn't make it clear whether they were looking for one word, or more than that. I thought also the section where you had to say whether a statement was true, false or not mentioned was dodgy, because on some it was hard to tell whether it was not mentioned or false. All in all though, I can't complain, as I speak french, but I did hear quite a lot of people saying they guessed a lot of the questions, and you did have to read between the lines to get a lot of them. I think they've definately made this years' harder. Have you done the listening paper yet? I did mine a few weeks ago and a lot more people thought it was easier than today's.

i did higher i though it was quite hard but i found the questions about morroco and marakesh were most difficult but those also where you had to answer in english confused me abit.
