Question

With "Je suis petit(e)" you have to add an "e" on the end of the adjective to make it feminine. Why not with "J'ai les yeux bleus"?

Becausethe "J'ai les yeux bleus" is plural and in plural you do not have to add an 'e'.

With 'Je suis petit(e), you add the 'e' because it's talking about a female person and its not plural.

It's just the basic french grammer.

Because in plural usually there is no feminine or male. There just is one adjective.
