French visa refusal stamped?

hi, i have previously averstayed a visa in the us and i tried to get a french visa but they denied it and stamped my passport in the last page. Will i have problems entering other countries apart from the us and the eu?? Countries where i dont need a visa to get in like south american countries or Israel?

I've also lost my passport and need to get another one in order to travel , will that be a problem if there are no seals or anything on the new one?

is there any connection of usa ,canada with sis2?dont think so.if u have done something in shengen area like overstay ure defaulter to them not u.s.a or canada

i applied for the student visa after depositing the fess embassyof france in india refus my visa can aplly next time for study of or it would be the problem for me every time if i apply for the visa

hi,
i am EU citizen and recently my wife and childrn applied for French tourist visa after few addtional paper work they stamped their passport with refusal. however they been to swiss previously, since swiss is also in Schengen, does it worth applying tourist visa with them?
