I'm 4 weeks and 6 days this morning.over the past couple weeks i have noticed that some days i eat only a couple times a day (which is normal for me) and then i go through these spells that for a few days i eat a lot! ill snack on something ALL day at work, then on normal days i can go a few hours without snacking like normal. did this happen to you when you were in your first month?and is there away to control it? or should i just eat when i feel like it like i have been doing?
