Fresh Prince Theme question?

Okay so for those who watch "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" you know the theme song..you know the part where his said 'You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air' that's his mom and she's sooo old but in some of the fresh prince episodes they show his REAL mom and she is nothing like that. why is that?

he was kinda making fun of her, it was like a spoof saying his mom was too old and tired to deal with him

I think they just used the same "theme" as his video for Parents just don't understand.

It was a joke. I think it's funny. It is supposed to look like an old nagging woman.  His mom live in Philadelphia where will used to live.
