Fresh faces at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Real-c30728 Madrid – Spanish La Liga debate
When Florentino Perez returned to the Real Madrid throne, the Capital club were expected to splash some heavy cash in the market, again. And they have not disappointed with their spending. A plethora of players have been brought in, rather collected one
should say, like trophies. Five new players have been added to the roster this year alone, and a couple might be joining them.
Jose Callejon, Raphael Varane, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Hamit-Altintop-c15652 and Fabio Coentrao have arrived in Madrid. The addition of these players will bring renewed dynamics to Real Madrid, who push for domestic as well as European domination. Players brought into the
first team squad can play across the field and improves the animation of the squad.
Raphael Varane plays in the heart of the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ricardo-Carvalho-c30973. The 18-year-old is full of promise and has been snapped up on a six-year deal. Varane’s addition at the back is complemented by Fabio
Coentrao on the wing. Coentrao can play anywhere on the left wing but it is at left-back that he has made a name for himself.
The midfield has been boosted by the addition of Nuri Sahin from Borussia Dortmund. The player is still in his early twenties but managed to catch the interest of the Real scouts. He was a key player for Dortmund in their road to being titled as Bundesliga
champions. Needless to say, Real Madrid lured him in the moment Bundesliga season concluded.
Following him to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 is his compatriot Hamit Altintop, who joined from Bayern Munich. Versatility personified, he will add depth to the midfield. Altintop was unable to forge a place for himself in the starting eleven at Allianz Arena and swapped Munich
with Madrid in search of silverware.
Jose Maria Callejon returns to Real Madrid after spending three years away at Espanyol. The former academy graduate joins for 5.5 million Euros on a five-year deal. Capable of playing both as a winger and a forward, he notched up 97 appearances for Barcelona-based
club, troubling the scorers on ten occasions. His addition will add more depth on the wings. While first team action for the youngster would be hard to come by, a return to his home town would always be a pleasing prospect for him.
As these five new players come on board, a host of players are looking for moves away. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/SL-Benfica-c40542 would now be his new adventure.
Joining Garay on the way out will be http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-Canales-c33052 and Lassana Diarra. Drenthe was shipped to lowly Hercules and Mourinho’s opinion of him has not changed over the course of a year. With the addition of Coentrao, he looks set
to move away. Pedro Leon and Sergio Canales came joined last year and have clocked up random appearances for the club. They are still young and have bright futures ahead of them. The duo will move away on loan deals.
Lassana Diarra is dissatisfied with his role in first team and is looking to move away. With the addition of another midfielder and Mourinho now preferring Pepe in the holding midfield role, he does not see a future for himself at the club.
With fresh faces, and ideas, coming in, old faces are being shown the door. Under Jose Mourinho, Real Madrid have put together an expensive bunch of youngsters who can carry the flag in the long term. Mourinho’s charges are better equipped this year to take
on the mighty Barcelona, and it will be entertaining to watch them locking horns.
