Freshman in Highschool help?

k so i started high sckool,,,,,,and i jus feel so ..non important!!and it seems like non of the upper classman like ne of us freshman exept,,for like only a handful of sophmores i already kno...Do u think this will change as the year goes??And like i want to talk to some of the sophmores...but i dont want them to b like ew ur a freshman get away,, or think im annoying!And im not like a nerd..but im not popular,,,im a lil popular and hav popular friends,,but im not popular cuz im a lil bit shyer thn my friends,,any advice please?

Well, I understand what you're going through. Even though everyone knows me in school. Anyway, what I did was get involve in something I love to do. I took drama club for one act show. It was so much fun that I'm not shy or scared or one emotion girl (I'm always happy but now, I can show other emotions in school). What I'm saying is that if you know you're good at something find a club that will let you in and have fun. Don't worried of what you do or what others' think of you. You're going to be just fine. Now, I'm going to Sophomore year. Now, I'm going to mix things up in my life and I'm not afraid of changes. I want to get involve in something. Here's my advice, don't hold back the fun. Let it all out! The more friends you have the less shy you've become! So, go find a club or so and have fun while making new friends. You'll see how much changes when you're getting involved. High school is just like middle school only a little drama action like fights, danger, and rule breakers that teachers will make it harder to break the rule. I mean in school, almost everyone was using the cell phone in class (I left my cell phone in my locker all the time) and the teachers threatens everyone if they use the cell phone, they'll get  detention, parent/s called, and cell phone sented to the office. Now, most kids usually waits until the end of the day. I wish they would lighten up a bit like use it during lunch or something. Anyway, I'm saying is just get involve in good activity you like and you'll love high school or not. Well, good luck!!) If you need to talk about anything about high school. Email me anytime. omg... so what? you're a freshman everyone was once get over it. If you have freshmen friends stick with them. They are the most impt cuz they are who you will graduate with. If you really want to talk to older kids then get up the nerve and talk to them.

But seriously stick with your freshmen friends. I'm a senior and I still have the same friends and we are all graduating this year and it's sooo awsome to be with all of them one last year before college. And after you get through your freshmen year and if you didn't like it, take in a freshmen your next year and help them out so they don't go through what you went through.

Hi, i was a freshman last yr. it changes during the year, go talk to more people dont be scared! i made a lot of friends just saying Hi, so do that ! dont worry you will be fine ! <3
