I am not the best at sports, just want to play one next year though, wondering which sport would be easiest for me to learn. My hand eye coordination is not the best and i don't have much stamina if that helps;

  1. try track and field. there is something for everyone, and depending on how you look at it very un-competitive. also there aren't any confusing rules it's very straight forward.

    my favorite events are high jump and discus, no running required, you should check those out!

  2. swimming, since it's not a sport in most middles schools, there are a lot of new commers in highschool.

  3. Track, there are a lot of different events you can try and possibly excel in, and it is mostly just based on one talent area (speed, jumping, strength in throwing, etc.).

  4. Swiming is a good option, try a winter swim program first to get familiar with all the strokes and increase your agility. Also, golf is pretty popular and an easy scholarship route, start going to driving ranges to get better and improve your stroke!

  5. i run cross country and track it is really fun, it keeps u in shape and the races are fun and you don't really need to know anything about it very easy for a begginner to understand.

    ON the other hand it is PHYSICALY DEMANDING! We have to run all yelar round no breaks this summer we run 10 miles in hilly areas 90 degree weather will kick you into shape real fast.

    I went to rhode island for a meat this  year(i live in new york) we stayed in a hotel as a team and me and 3 friends in one hotel room it was hilarious the room was a disaster after we were done with it lol.

    If you want something less physically demanding maybe badmiton or something idk i suck at it but is probbably easy for a begginner to get into and doesn't require stamina or anything but i don't know i never played it.

  6. since basketball, baseball, football, etc require previous experience, try a sport that people dont have experience in so there is not competition to make a tea,. i would try sports like water polo or lacrosse, and usually everyone makes the track team or cross country team. if you are new to a sport, you will not have much coordination or stamina, but you should just work out and practice so you get better!
