Freshman initiations ideas?

Was wondering if anyone had some pretty cool, non-harmful freshman initiations ideas. Just something thats fun and everyone can get a laugh out of. And a little embarrassing for the new freshies! lol

This is for Swimming BTW.

Are you college students or high school students?  

I'm a college student and my friend's bf and all of his friends are on our swim team.  Last year they made the freshman attach a kickboard to their belt loop with rope (guys had pink, girls had blue) and they had to wear their goggles on their head.  I think they had to go everywhere like that for a week or two.  They also drew inappropriate pictures with sharpie on their arms (but if you're in high school I bet they aren't going to let you do that).
