  1. well im a junior now and my new 400 time is at 47 seconds where as my fishie year it was around 1:06 so there ya go...

  2. depends on the person just set a goal of .10 less every month or every couple weeks

  3. Wow, the people who answered this question are idiots.

Angela, you didn't run a 47. Nice to see you already have a world record.

Second, you're times don't get slower as you get older; if anything, they should get faster.

Also, height doesn't have anything to do with it. It's how you train.

Keep lifting, get stronger, work on your aerobic strength and conditioning and there's no saying how much you can drop it down.

  4. I would say if you stay consistent with your training and up your tempo while you get older I would say you could run a sub-50. Running under 50 seconds in high school is a huge indication that you should run track in college.

    Good Luck.

  5. It depends on how much you have already improved. In your case, being a freshman, I can see you running 50-51s.

  6. 54 sec b/c you get bigger as you get older and fatter so it slows your time  down.

  7. honestly it depends... environment, coaches, work ethic, injuries. my friend was running 54-55 seconds freshman year and this past sophomore year he ran no faster than 51 sec. we are going into junior year but i say that you decide how fast you want to be. i was running high 58 freshman year but this past sophomore year i ran high 53. im closing down the gap. 56 is good as a freshman buy you're as good as you want to be. you do have potential so i should expect at least 49 sec.

  8. Great answer sherrriiifff bear dude! vote him best answer!!!

Um, but ya it totally depends on how your training and how you'll grow. My coach has lots of plans for me and is guesstimating what my times should be by my senior year (just finished freshman year). But my coach knows me and my physical and mental abilities whereas us strangers havnt seen you run and we don't know you. You have a great time for the quarter btw!!! No doubt about it you'll improve, but how drastically? idk. Just keep up the good work and dont give up. I wish you the very best of luck!!! Peace

  9. 40.

  10. It depends on the person. If you are done growing and everything then you will shave less time off. But if you are just starting to grow now, then i would say you can get that down 6 secs. maybe more.

  11. All depends how hard you work. You have great potential with that kind of time I would think you could break 50 seconds.

  12. Youll probably be a 46-50 because I ran a 54 freshman year and Im at like49 right now and im a junior.
