Freshmen: Need Help with Sponsor Letter for Summer Campus Program?

I am a freshmen who needs help with a sponsor letter. It is a program that opens up to students that have achieved academic excellence, and has shown leadership min school. You stay on campus for ten days. during your stay you learn different things in the field that you wanted for your future career, like my field would be medical and health, because i want to be an epidemiologist. You would also learn about things that have to do with leadership. Anyway, I need to know what you would consider the best sponsor ship letter. I need to raise almost 3 thousand dollars...so i need this letter to work. This is a big opportunity for me. I have limited time..please help me! Thanks you
