ive been told about this "freshman 15" but i herd it was only for collage, is this true? and also i don't know many people in my classes, i had my first day today, and i kinda wanna know whats a good way to make Friends, ide like to make some senior and sophomore Friends too so that i have more help for when i get past this year and am going to next...
and one last thing... I'm doing cross country and ive been practicing for about a week non stop, ive had 3 practices with the team and we have our first meet in about 3 days... is there a fast and effective way to relieve the pain in my legs? i kinda got past the cramps on the third day of my own personal training but my legs are still sore, i don't wanna just take a brake for a day or two cause i don't now if i will get to comfortable not running =\ plz Plp
