the refridg only blows cold air when the freezer door is open..Our refrigerator was working fine before we moved. Now the bottom portion will not stay cold. Upon investigation, we realized the freezer only blows cold air into the bottom compartment when it (the freezer) is open. I had the freezer door open and pushed the "closed" switch to trick close the freezer and it still blew cold air into the bottom compartment. When the freezer door is truely closed, it stops blowing cold air. We tried leaving the refrigerator off for 24 hrs to let any ice buildup melt; however, it is still having the same problem. Is it time for a new fridge or could it be the fan in the freezer? Thank you for your help and time! * The fridge was made in 1996, if that helps. Model number 9759715
