  1. Too much air is getting to the medium temp section, you know ,milk and eggs, from the low temp freezer section.Which is controlled at you cold control adjuster.Find the vent and partially block it with cardboard if you don't want to pay a service man to take a peak at it.Keep an eye on it and you should be o.k.Also rearrange the location of products if necessary.

  2. regulator/thermostat is broken on the fridge section

  3. Bottom freezer?  You didn't give model or anything.

BUT on like the Amana bottom freezer the actual main temperature control is the one on the top in the FREEZER. That is the one that turns the compressor on and off. I have found people can accidently have that on like max or 7, and then have trouble controlling the refrigerator temperature.

They don't notice it because you have to almost get down on the floor to see it. It should set around 3 or 4.

And on some models they have a chiller drawer, a "meats" drawer with an adjustable temperature. But it draws air off a hole in the channel in the back wall with a funny rubber cover and tube. Sometimes I find that gets moved or people even move the shelf so it doesn't cover the hole.

Then that hole blows freezer temp air in to the refrigerator all the time.

Or your damper control "the thermostat for refrig section" is bad.

But it is most likey one of the first two.

    Good luck.

  4. Sound's like a thermostat problem.

To clear the ice put a fan directly onto the frozen section with power off to get rid of the build up
