Fridge freezer.

Question

my fridge temp has rise to 16degrees.it fluctuates around when the door is open.the freezer still works however ice is building up on the bottom shelf.
until recently there have been storage boxes on top of the appliance.I was wondering if this may of blocked the circulation?Any advice would be welcome,
