Our 3 yr old Gorenje fridge-freezer (not sure model - freezer below fridge) recently started to over-freeze in the fridge, recently, building up ice at the top. Some items froze to the top and bottom if they touched it, while some dairy items went sour too soon. On examination, the centre-back of the cabinet is HOT to the touch - as hot as holding a mug of coffee! This comprises about one quarter of the interior. We have defrosted and thoroughly cleaned both fridge and freezer, turned the thing back on, and hey presto - two cold bands sandwiching a hot-spot area. What to do? Thank you.
