Fridge not cooling. I have a 4 year old zanussi fridge/freezer,the freezer compartment is working

I have a 4 year old zanussi fridge/freezer,the freezer compartment is working fine, but the fridge compartment does not get cold???it makes know differance if you adjust the thermostat.
