Question:

Fridge not cooling down

HI
My fridge Temperature display shows 9 deg, I have set it to 4 deg, I can hear Fan and compressor running, I switch off the fridge for 10 min and then restarted, the Temperature was showing 13 deg.
I switched on the Turbo mode and in 20 min the Temperature c ame down to 9 deg.
Temperature will not go bellow 8 or 9 deg.
Can you help
