Fridge not cooling properly. My freezer works fine (bottom), and the fridge will only cool below

Question

My freezer works fine (bottom), and the fridge will only cool below 9c when in super cool mode. The fridge stays cool for approx. 2-3 hours then warms up again and sets the alarm off. I can get this cycle to repeat after entering the super cool mode.
