Fridge too warm. the fridge feels too warm, but the freezer part at the bottom is at the correct

the fridge feels too warm, but the freezer part at the bottom is at the correct temperature (i.e freezing)we have tried turning the control k**b to 5 and 1 but the temperature is still just a "bit cold" and not normalthe make is a bosch classixx, the one with 3 freezer trays at the bottom
