Fridge working fine, But freezer will not go below...

Question

Fridge working fine, But freezer will not go below -8 degrees.there was some ince build up in the freezer which was cleaned, and since then has been working fine, but recently over the last few days the freezer just keeps falllin in temperature when ever door opened.Can you advise? or do i need a service call?
