i recently visited miami and experienced fried plantains for the 1st time. they served them with many cuban and colombian foods along with black beans and rice. they are so delicious..crispy on the outside and slightly sweet and soft on the inside.i am going to attempt to make them, but i am not sure if u fry them when they are green or ripe and brown?? i am not making the squished ones tho.
