There are about 16 million people whose birthday is July 16th.  Figure about 200,000 people are turning 13 on July 16th of this year.  I don't really think you can just look at her birthday and say "oh, yeah, this is the stuff that's going to happen to her this year" because that would mean the same stuff would have to happen to the other 200,000 people.  Unless you make it so generic that it's true for everybody.  So, here goes:  She'll be happy some days, she'll be sad some days, she'll get sick a couple times, she'll go on a trip, and she'll meet an interesting new person.  Check back in a year, and I promise all those will have come true...for your friend and for everybody else in the whole world.
