Friend and poem help!!!!!!!!??????

my friend's friend is mad at him and i wanted to help him. he posted a bullitin on myspace and sayed this, "they always say move foward forget your past and s*** like that what if you cant what if it hunts you everyday...every day you regret something more and more..what do you do then some one plez help me???" I was talkin to him and he says that he dosnt kno wat made his friend mad and i was wondering if anyone knew a somewhat shortish poem that could brighten him up. please someone help!!!

I don't know any, but I can try to write one... It'l probably suck, but anyway... Here goes:

Regret is nothing but a feeling,

Meant for those who cannot fall

Shake away the tears

A loving heart's not meant to feel

Forgive and forget, eternal saying

Of the spineless creature; man

Know now the truth, no more deceiving:

Pasts forever haunt us all

Time takes nothing away

Misery is ours for bearing,

The bitter truth of everyday

Forget, but never forgive

Gaaaah! That would probably only make him feel worse and it's not super-short. Oh welI, I tried... Good luck finding a poem that actually works!
