Friend ask if she will able to pregnant...?

my friend recently diagnosed with myoma, she undergo to an operation to removed the mass however upon operation the doctor decided to remove the right ovary which already damaged. Now, she has the left ovary remained, is it possible that she will be pregnant even if she has only one ovary?

for sure as long as she still has one ovary she can still become pregnant, it might just take a little longer and if it takes to long she can always go to fertility specialist where they can assist her which will increase her chances alot

Yes. My mom had to have an emergency surgery when she was twenty two that removed one of her ovaries, yet she still had me and my younger sister afterward.
