Friend having GIRL Trouble?

My friend just had her first period, and she told me it's been, like, 35 days or something.

She won't tell her mom cuz she's afraid of doctors or somthin....but is this normal or somthin?

It's normal at the beginning to be irregular till your system "settles in".  Tell her to go talk to the school nurse and they should be able to reassure her.

Btw... this is assuming your friend hasn't been up to any "activities" that would cause her to miss a period and become pregnant.
