Friend help? Everything is going wrong for me?!?

I talked to an online person on a virtual game people think is a addicting, Maplestory, I totally agree with you its addicting. I talked to this girl and we became best friends. she has shown pictures of herself & me too but they were fake online pictures but i got the girl to do a webcam with "me" (which was the girl in the picture) & im afraid she might hurt the girl. Karel ( the maplestory girl ) is only 14 so I don't see why she could hurt the girl. I've given her my phone number. But my cousin talked to her. As you can tell. I'm extremly over protective. What if Karel Doesn't believe that it wasnt me? i've stopped talking to her because i Told her everything in the past was fake. We don't talk I'm just making sure. If she ever calls I would say, " This isn't who you are looking for Sorry, Wrong number. " And hang up. But What if she tracks the phone number or doesnt believe me. because of the whole webcam thing? I don't quite remember. I showed her some pictures I found online and said it was me. Will she hurt anyone? She's a 14 year old girl for goodness sakes! But What do you think? It was wrong and i know i promise to never do it again.

I think you're thinking about this too hard. She accepted being friends with you even without knowing how you looked, because she liked your personality. Just tell her the truth, and see her reaction. Believe it or not, I've done what you've done once in the past. After telling the girl that I met online that I faked everything, she laughed and was impressed by how much I cared for her. With that, we became even stronger friends. But seeing that the girl you met is 14 years old, it might have different results.

Just tell her the truth. You and she will feel much better.

Welcome to reality. Sometimes when you do things that are wrong, being sorry doesn't fix it. There's no gaurantees that anything will happen or that the girl will never try to call you again. There's a reason you're toldc not to give out real personal information online, yours or anyone elses.

I know it sounds difficult but you have to come clean with her. Just tell her the entire truth and if she doesn't want to talk to you fine. But if she still wants to learn about the real you, then you can become even better friends. Its the best thing for her and your own guilt.
