Friend just took 5 or 6 80 mlg Oxy cotton pills. Is that enough for OD? should we call 911?

**** yeah but if theres a risk of gettting in trouble on your behalf its also safe to drop off at the emergency room and if hes not conscious just do the paperwork for  him i guess. i hear stories of ODing people not even makingit to the hospital in time. if you call 911 it brings your whole world down. and you SHOULD do it if you see his vital signs are falling. ive never been in this situation but then again i dont do drugs so thank goodness.

ifthose are the signs then yes he needs immediate medical care. NOT sending him to it wouldbe a lack of responsibility and possible consequences in your behalf. the fact that you sat hereand question it is a little scary. YOU should know the signs. your choices are 1) contact 911 deal with medics, investigators, waiting room to see him  and ipck him up later. or 2) drop off at emergencyroom which can also some way be investigated. either way if u have anything tohide or illegal u best get rid of it sorry  my spacebar is broken. ok best wishes and be ready to face authorities. do not consent to searches if asked and dont anwer any questions without  an attorney peace

If this isn't a joke.............  Get your friend to a hospital NOW.  Oxycontin is a  long acting narcotic.  If your friend does not get emergency care very soon he could die in his sleep.   Alcohol makes the effects of oxycontin much worse.

u do know Oxycontin is pretty much heroin in pill form?...i hope he's ok...he took a lot.

Try to keep him awake - Imperative. He must not lose consciousness. Make him move, walk. and CALL 911 immediately!!!
