Friend that likes guys, but doesn't want them?

Okay my friend is well, lacking in the guy department. So what happens is a guy likes her. She really likes him but is too afraid to say yes to a date or something. It's really strange. Then the guy notices me, I like him, he likes me, but I have to reject him because my friend "likes him" yet she doesn't accept a date or soemthing.

This happened so far with 3 guys and I think a 4th is coming soon. What do to this time around?

Just go for it!  You've waited long enough for your incompetent friend.  Tell her to either put up or shut up.  If she wants the guy so bad, tell her to accept the guys' invitations.  You have to focus on YOU!  Caring about your friends is great, but you can't be a pushover.

if he likes you and you like him then go out with him.

just because your friend is too scared to say yes doesnt mean you have to reject the guy when he asks you.

its unfair that youre not allowed to have a boyfriend if she likes him,and you shouldnt reject him because of your friend

Take him. If your friend won't do anything about him, then have him for yourself. You friend can't possibly like every guy that asks you out, maybe she just doesn't want YOU to go out with him.
