Friend wants to go back to Palestine?

One of my friends was born in Chicago, moved to the country of Palestine when he was six to live with his mother, and then moved back to America while he was in high school.

Now he wants to go back to Pali. How long does one have to stay in America before being able to go back to Palestine? What does he have to do in order to go back? How much of a chance does he have?

im not sure but with an american passport it sould be relitely easy (as easy as it ever is) to travel to the west bank and gaza. but i think its only possible to travel via isreal as all other border are closed, and even then you will probably be held up for hours at isreali millitary check points.

also if you plan to travel  further in the middle east i would try to avoid getting an isreali stamp in you passport cos some countries refuse entry
