Friend who is a server, how to get her as my waitress?

Hi, I have a friend who is a server and I plan on visiting her at her work later. How would I be able to get her as my server? Could I just ask the host to seat me in her section?

You can book a seat in her section beforehand.

when you get there and tell them "i need a table for 2 and i would like to sit in ____ section." If the host tells you that she is already sat, just tell them that you will wait then say thank you then walk away. they have to sit you there if that is what you want.

Be careful of a few tings.. If she is going to be your lady friend soon .. do you want to embarrass her @ work or you for that matter.. some times it is a distraction from other rables and she may lose her concentration

If you are really good friends wait for her to leave for lunch as she may not want to stay at her workplace with here colleagues gaping at her there.. think comfort for both of you and if you want to impress her taker here away from work..

U need to tread carefull if u need her on your side..??

Ask. And please, tip her as you would any other waitress...15-20%.

Try to inform her that you will drop by so she should know and I am sure, she will also reserve a place for you there :)
