Friend with unexpected baby?

A friend of mine just found out she is expecting her third child...a surprise! She is 32, married, and has two healthy kids aleady. She and her husband are in a bit of shock, but will undoubtedly be excellent parents to a third lucky baby! Does anyone have any ideas of a fun little gift I could get her to show my support? She only told me (her best friend) and her husband so I thought I'd get her something to make her smile and show her she'll be o.k. Thanks!

I found out I was expecting a surprise baby, and was a nervous wreck because I had a 9 month old already. I only told my hubby and my mom until I was 13 weeks pregnant. My mom put a smile on my face when I was about 6 weeks along by buying me a package of newborn baby diapers (to remind me how sweet and tiny ~ awwww), and an adorable little newborn jumper. It brought all the SWEET feelings of having a newborn back, and pushed those dirty thoughts of double diapers, and midnight feedings out of my head).
