Friends 6season24-25episode,when Rachael said"you've got the wind on your arms"(Rachael and Joey persuade the guy to buy the boat at 18000),the audience made a lot of laugh.

Is there some suspense joke? Crack some joke?

I mean Rach's hand touches the guy's arm and at the same time she says "the wind on your arms" ; that's a little funny ,but not THAT funny to make that a huge laugh.
