  1. There's really nothing she can do now really, as hard as it is to imagine he probably used her to get whatever he wanted out being with her, and so he could have enough stability from her to leave her....even if that means knocking her up twice to make her actually believe that he loves her. Overall, I suggest you have her accept that there is a very huge chance that he will not be around and that you will help watch her kids a few times until she can find a way to become self- reliant financially. Women should always make sure they can take care of their children as well as themselves financially in case anything every happens to their husbands or things get ugly. Plus it makes a man more respectful with you, because he knows that you technically can kick him to the curve anytime you want...because outside of love you don't really need him. Unfortunately it looks like that's what he did with her. As long as he is in the U.S. still i'm sure she can get him to pay child support, so sorry about your friend. Good luck

  2. report it stolen, she has the power, if she divorces him bye bye america. He should have to pay for the kids. File for a divorce with a maintenance order that is temporary- because it can be approved in a few days and ruled on. She can go to family  court house to do this

  3. Have her call the COPS and report the SOB for theft. Who has the children? If she has the kids, then she should thank god for that. Are they getting a divorce or what? He may be mental right now if they are. Have her stay somewhere else till this guy's behind bars or back in his own country. Sounds like this guy is a real control freak !

  4.   She can't do anything because he is not a U.S. citizen so there is no record of him here in the U.S.
