Friends i need help to talk to her...?

i have a friend thats always like IM SO UGLY and stuff like that

sometimes she cuts herself and she is always wearing black and

talking about death and such .. sooo shes like one of my best friends i would never leave her for this... i wanted to know how should i handle this what should i say to her i would never want to hurt her and i dont want her hurting herself what do i tell her? pleaase i need help
