  1. No. The rule which dictates who of your friends are showing on your top page is the updating of their blast, blog, or news feed on your RSS Feeds module.

    We have no control over whose id picture is shown on our Top Pages.

    If one of your friends has a news feed into his or her pages that updates hourly, like Yahoo does, it is a cinch knowing that friend will always be on your top page as having his account updated with a change.
